Cancellation Policy
Cancellation rules are editable in admin. For now, please contact us as early as possible if plans change; refunds depend on timing, fees, and weather or transport disruptions.
How to cancel
Reply to your confirmation email or write to ikada.amami@gmail.com. Days are counted in Japan time from the day we receive your cancellation.
When refunds arrive
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, via Stripe. Depending on your bank they usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Weather and transport
If a typhoon or cancelled flight or ferry makes travel impossible, contact us. We will look at the situation and work out a date change or refund with you.
If we have to cancel
If we ever have to cancel (for example after storm damage), you receive a full refund.
