When a booking is confirmed
Your booking is confirmed when payment through Stripe succeeds, and we email a confirmation. Dates are held for 30 minutes while you pay; unfinished holds are released automatically.
Terms Of Booking
Booking requests are reviewed by the host before payment. Dates are held after the host sends a payment request and confirmed after successful payment.
Guest details
Please give accurate contact details and guest numbers. Japanese inn law requires a guest register for everyone staying (including passport numbers for guests who live abroad), completed before arrival. Unregistered guests cannot stay.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in 15:00–19:00, check-out 10:00–11:00. Up to 10 guests.
House rules and damage
Please follow the house rules. We may charge the actual cost of repairs or extra cleaning for damage caused deliberately or through serious negligence.
Changes
Email us to change dates or guest numbers; we will accommodate it if the calendar allows.
