IKADA is a small house in a rural neighborhood. Please respect quiet hours, nature, and island waste rules.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Keep noise low at night — this is a residential island neighborhood, not a tourist strip.
No smoking, no pets
Smoking is not allowed, including vaping and e-cigarettes. Pets are not allowed.
Registered guests only
Only registered guests may stay. Please respect areas marked Private — they are reserved for the owners.
Shoes off indoors
Please take off your shoes inside the house.
Sort garbage carefully
Island waste rules matter. Confirmed guests receive detailed sorting and checkout instructions.
Rural island safety
Use lights at night, avoid entering bushes, check weather, and do not swim alone or in rough conditions.
Exterior camera
One camera at the front door records the entry. There are no cameras indoors.
